Actuality

Pauline and Jean-Jacques are the new owners of the hotel restaurant Lou Caleù until Spring 2014.

Jean-Jacques is a cook who has previously exercised his talents in Auvergne, the West Indies, Montelimar, in Pierrelatte, most recently in Lussan Gard. With over thirty years experience in the kitchen, it also has its very solid asset pastry training.

Pauline second her husband effectively ensuring the reception and room service.

Coming to settle in Saint-Martin-de-Castillon,
Pauline, Jean-Jacques and their four children want to revive this beautiful resort.

The spirit of the restaurant is to work fresh and showcase local products. They provide fruits and vegetables from local producers. Dishes proposals evolve with the market and producers. That is why there is a fresh menu renewed regularly. A card that gives pride to fruits and vegetables in season, not to mention the inevitable goat cheese, a specialty of Saint-Martin-de-Castillon. Another specialty, Tartoufis Jean-Jacques. A pastry created brilliantly featuring a pie declination and clafoutis with fresh raspberries. A treat for the taste buds.
